Refund & Exchange Policy

General Policy

1. No Returns or Refunds on Opened Skincare Products:

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any skincare products, unless there is a documented case of skin damage.

2. Exceptions for Skin Damage:

If you experience skin damage or an adverse reaction, you may request a return or refund, but only if you provide the following documentation:

-         A detailed description of the reaction or damage.

-         A list of all products used (including the product in question).

-         Before and after pictures of the affected area. A clear picture of the product and its lot number.

3. Evaluation Process:

All return requests for skin damage will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team.

We reserve the right to request additional information or deny a return if the required documentation is incomplete or insufficient.

4. Timeframe for Submitting Claims:

Claims for skin damage must be submitted within 30 days of buying the product.

5. Refund or Replacement:

If your return request is approved, we will offer either a refund or a replacement product, at our discretion.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

Products that do not meet the above criteria (e.g., no skin damage, incomplete documentation, or opened products without proof of damage) are not eligible for return or refund. 



1. Policy Overview

Due to the sterile and medical-grade nature of our products, all sales are final. Doseffect Medical (“the Company”) maintains a strict No Refund, No Exchange, and No Return Policy to uphold patient safety, product integrity, and compliance with FDA and manufacturer standards.

By purchasing from Doseffect Medical, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

2. No Refunds

2.1 All payments are final. Once an order is processed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
2.2 This includes — but is not limited to — PRF kits, cannulas, syringes, and all medical or aesthetic supplies.
2.3 Refunds will not be granted for:

- Change of mind or order errors
- Dissatisfaction with product type, size, or specifications
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen events
- Products opened, used, or removed from sterile packaging
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

3. No Exchanges or Returns

3.1 For infection control and sterility compliance, DoseEffect Medical cannot accept any returned or exchanged items, even if unused, once they have left our facility.
3.2 To ensure product integrity and FDA compliance, no items may be re-stocked, resold, or reused once shipped.
3.3 Any item returned to our facility without prior authorization will be immediately disposed of in accordance with medical waste protocols, and no credit or replacement will be issued.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

4.1 In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the buyer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email with the following:

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the packaging and product label

4.2 Verified issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and the Company reserves the right to issue a replacement or store credit at its sole discretion. No cash refunds will be provided.
4.3 Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

5. Product Quality & Liability Disclaimer

5.1 All DoseEffect Medical products are sourced directly from verified manufacturers and are stored and shipped according to medical-grade handling protocols.
5.2 The buyer assumes all responsibility for proper storage, handling, and usage once the product is delivered.
5.3 The Company is not liable for:

- Improper application or off-label use of medical products
- Adverse outcomes resulting from misuse or practitioner error
- Damage incurred during transit due to buyer-provided shipping information errors

6. Order Verification & Compliance

6.1 All purchasers must confirm that they are licensed medical professionals or authorized clinics permitted to order and use such products under applicable laws.
6.2 DoseEffect Medical reserves the right to verify credentials and deny sales that do not meet medical compliance requirements.
6.3 Orders may be canceled prior to shipment if credentials are invalid — however, once shipped, no refunds or cancellations will be processed.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By submitting payment or confirming an order, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this No Refund & Exchange Policy.
This acknowledgment is binding upon purchase confirmation and applies to all future transactions with Doseffect Medical.
