We are dedicated to ensuring your order is processed and shipped promptly. Please review the following details about our shipping process and policies.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
  • We currently only ship to the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international destinations at this time.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.


Handling Fees

  • A $1.50 handling fee is applied to all orders. This fee helps cover packaging materials and ensures your order is prepared with care.


Delivery Timeframes

  • United States:
    • UPS Ground typically delivers within 4-7 business days, depending on your location.


Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

  • We cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages once they are in the hands of UPS.
  • If your package is:
    • Lost or Stolen: Please contact UPS directly to file a claim.
    • Misdelivered or Undeliverable: Ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Misdeliveries caused by incorrect customer information will result in additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Our Role:
While we are not liable for issues caused by UPS, we are happy to assist by providing tracking details and guidance to help facilitate your claim.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (for Canadian orders)


Customer Responsibility

  1. Accurate Shipping Information:
    • Please ensure all shipping details provided during checkout are correct. Errors, such as incorrect addresses, may result in delays or additional fees.
  2. Tracking and Delivery:
    • Use the provided tracking information to monitor your shipment and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.


Returns Due to Undeliverable Addresses

  • If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the package.
